My name is Kimberly Vance, and I am married with 3 children and 7 grandchildren. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Minister. I have been in the field of counseling for over 30 years and am currently the facility administrator at Dove Vocational Academy and am very passionate about at-risk adolescent girls. I am active in both ministry and community/civic activities and am currently a doctoral candidate at Liberty University. I will graduate in December with a Doctoral Degree in Community Care & Counseling with an emphasis in Traumatology.

Sunshine Speers, BSN, RN, is a healthcare and hospice leader with more than 25 years of experience in nursing, clinical leadership, and healthcare business development. She earned an Associate of Arts from Chipola College in 1998, an Associate of Science in Nursing in 2000, and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017 while working full-time. Currently serving as Market Manager for Emerald Coast Hospice, part of the Gentiva family, she specializes in patient advocacy, leadership development, and improving care transitions. Her experience spans acute care, home health, long-term care, and hospice services. Passionate about mentoring, she encourages students to pursue rewarding careers in healthcare and leadership.
